Technologies
SCREEN PRINTING
Direct screen printing with UV or solvent inks, suitable for thermoforming on any flat substrate: adhesive film, polycarbonate, PVC, aluminum, acrylic, reactivatable decals.
Printing through automatic process, max format 70 x 100 cm
Printing through manual process, max format 120 x 200 cm
DIGITAL U.V. PRINTING
Digital printing with UV inks directly on self-adhesive films or rigid substrates up to a maximum thickness of 50 mm.
Roll-to-Roll digital printing with solvent and UV inks on flexible films.
PLOTTER CUTTING
Plotter cutting and shaping of pre-spaced and non-pre-spaced text, polycarbonate plates, masking for painting, using high-precision optical centering.
READ MOREDIE-CUTTING AND PUNCHING
Half-cut die-cutting and punching of plastic materials up to a maximum size of 1200 x 1600 mm using flatbed platen presses.
Cylinder-flat die-cutting with automatic machines with a maximum size of 640 x 890 mm.
